Woodlot Pork - Whole Hog Deposit
If you’re looking for healthy meat that can go from freezer to table in no time, our pork fits that bill! Most pork portions thaw and warm water in 10 to 15 minutes and cook just as fast. Now you can have dinner on the table without killing the clock. Cuts like roasts and small hams cook up great in crockpots and Insta pots as well!
And while cooking won’t take you forever, you can enjoy eating some of the best pork on this planet. Coming from Large Black Hogs, pork is well marbled more like steak. It’s tender, juicy and once you try it, you’ll never be able to eat store bought pork again. This breed also provides a white fat, which is smooth and provides great flavor. This is the deposit for a whole hog, which will end up being about 150-160 pounds of meat. We will contact you to collect your cut choices. A whole costs $975 $950 includes processing, vacuum sealing, freezing, and your deposit paid today will be deducted for the final amount due. A whole hog comes with the following:

Ham steaks
Ribs (spare and country)
Shoulder steaks
Ham ends
Pork chops
Two types of sausage and we will reach out before processing to take your order

We deliver within 50 miles of Zip Code 18631 for an additional fee. Any other location must pick up (by appointment only) at our farm in Nescopeck, PA. Pick up at our farm is free of charge. If you choose pick up, we will contact you via email to schedule your pickup. If you choose delivery, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
