We’re Not Raising Our Prices

In a simple statement - we’re not raising our prices this year. We’re just not.

We technically should, but we saw this coming. Budgets being crushed, shortages, rising costs… so we proactively did what we could do to offset costs where possible. It isn’t perfect but it’s better. It takes us more time and reduces an already super small margin, but we’ll make it work.

We will never sacrifice the health of our animals. In fact, many of things we’ve been implementing is better for them.

The hogs are eating fodder and loving it. Seed to 6” lush grass in 8 days. Packed full of vitamins and nutrients, which in turn, is passed into their muscle. They are still on (expensive) feed but this is an additional way we can give them great nutrition.  Besides have you ever heard of “eats like a hog”? They eat a ton (literally!)

We’ve focused on food plots this summer to feed animals and we’re buying direct from other farmers to keep feed costs in control.

Whole chickens from now on will be a weight range for a set price. This takes us less time and actually gives you a better deal (especially those that order in bulk).

We’re going to continue this uphill battle with you. And if you’re hungry and can’t pay full price, reach out. We will help.
